Missions:
- Identify and assess occupational and environmental risks related to production activities.
- Monitor the HSE action plan, performance indicators, and internal audits.
- Train and raise personnel awareness of HSE best practices (PPE, safety gestures, waste sorting, emergency procedures, etc.).
- Monitor regulatory checks (installations, equipment, emissions, etc.) and ensure legal compliance.
- Analyze incidents/accidents, propose and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in emergency management (fire, pollution, evacuation).
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality managers to integrate the HSE dimension into all processes
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Environment or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in an HSE position within an industrial environment.
- Experience in applying or implementing ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) standards.
- Proficiency in local and international HSE regulations applicable to the industrial sector.
- Solid understanding of machine safety, chemicals, PPE, ergonomics, waste, and effluents.
- Proficiency in office automation and HSE monitoring tools (reporting, dashboards).
- Rigor, teamwork, and analytical skills, with a pedagogical mindset.
- Leadership and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in the field and manage priorities.
- Good written and verbal command of French, English is a plus.
