Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate operational excellence initiatives within the factories.
- Identify and analyse opportunities for improvement in production processes.
- Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor their progress.
- Develop and standardise best manufacturing practices.
- Support production teams in optimising processes and reducing losses.
- Participate in the implementation of Lean, 5S, Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Propose and monitor continuous improvement projects targeting quality, productivity and safety.
- Train and raise team awareness of operational standards and excellence tools.
Profile:
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence in an industrial environment (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma methods.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organisational skills, rigour and analytical mindset.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
