Responsibilities:
- Lead preventive, corrective and curative maintenance activities across all equipment.
- Prioritise interventions to minimise production downtime and maximise machine availability.
- Rapidly identify the causes of breakdowns and propose effective solutions.
- Monitor incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in the optimisation and improvement of installations to increase efficiency, safety and equipment reliability.
- Manage task allocation and monitor individual and collective performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures and hygiene regulations.
- Guarantee the traceability of interventions and inspections.
- Participate in the installation and testing of new equipment, ensuring smooth operation from the start of production.
Profile:
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years in industrial maintenance, including significant experience in team management.
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
- Leadership, rigour, organisation and team spirit.
- Fluent French; English an advantage.
