Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance activities across all equipment.
- Prioritize interventions to minimize production downtime and maximize machine availability.
- Quickly identify the causes of breakdowns and propose effective solutions.
- Monitor incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in the optimization and improvement of facilities to increase equipment efficiency, safety, and reliability.
- Ensure task distribution and monitor individual and collective performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and hygiene rules.
- Guarantee the traceability of interventions and checks.
- Participate in the installation and testing of new equipment, ensuring proper operation upon production launch.
Desired Profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years in industrial maintenance, including significant team management experience.
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and schematics.
- Leadership, rigor, organization, and team spirit.
- Fluent French, English is a plus
