Missions:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all plant production activities
- Ensure compliance with production, quality, safety, and deadline objectives
- Lead and coordinate production teams
- Optimize manufacturing processes and propose continuous improvements
- Manage the workshop’s human, material, and technical resources
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Guarantee compliance with current safety and quality standards
- Participate in the planning and monitoring of raw material and finished product inventories
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments to streamline operations
Profile:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Production, Management, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in plant production management
- Knowledge of production methods, industrial processes, and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage and motivate large teams
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and responsiveness
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Analytical mindset and proactive attitude
