Responsibilities:
- Oversee all logistics operations at the factory (goods receipt, storage, preparation and dispatch of products).
- Optimise the flow of raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage and coordinate the logistics team and warehouse staff.
- Plan and monitor transport and procurement activities.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventories.
- Implement and track logistics performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Propose improvements to optimise costs, lead times and operational efficiency.
Profile:
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Proven experience in industrial logistics (minimum 3 years, ideally in a factory environment).
- Good command of IT tools and stock management software / ERP.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Rigorous, well-organised and a strong team player.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make proposals.
